Gary is an experienced Chef who has worked within a range of care setting and has lots of hands on practical experience that he is able to share and to make a difference with food that benefits the residents/service users. He is reliable and keeps you informed about the work he is undertaking and we have ongoing training sessions with staff in one of our large nursing homes.

He has delivered training to a large number of Milestones Trust residential and nursing homes that support people with a learning disability, mental health or dementia, he works with staff in a practical and hands on way which makes training fun and informative but also memorable, teaching them the importance about pureed diets, nutrition and how to make the food tasty.
